“AMBBRIEL” LTD – A Soft Facility and Property Management Agency is independent reliable company with significant experience in the field of real estate related services. The Agency is rapidly growing and has two core directions of development: Soft Facility Management of private properties, residential and holiday complexes, commercial properties, office buildings, etc, and Property Management of rented out private and commercial properties. The Agency  is based in Varna – the second most developed city in Bulgaria, located on the Northern Black Sea Coast.  The region boasts three golf courses, number of residential, holiday and commercial developments, etc.  

Soft Facility Management

This particular service is relatively new for Bulgaria, but from many years is well known worldwide. It is comprehensive and includes activities, such as: higiene maintenance of the common areas, lawn care, snowplowing, 24-hours security and surveilance,  payment of bills for consumption of electricity, water, etc. for the common areas, pest control, maintenance of external and internal pools, SPA and fitness centres, etc.  

Property Management

Also known as Management of rented out private and commercial properties is the second core direction of “AMBBRIEL” LTD.  We carry out many tasks of vital importance to the Landlords, such as: advertising of the property to find the most suitable Tenants and negotiation with them, full inventory before and after each tenancy period, payment of bills for consumption of water, electricity, etc. on behalf of the Landlord or the Tenants, keeping the deposit of the Tenant, collection of the rent and transfer it to the Landlord’s bank account, etc.

All described above services are available equally for bulgarians and foreigners. The communication with those last mentioned  is possible in english, russian and italian without the services of an interpreter, since these are spoken by the manager of the Agency.
