Basic subscription – the prices are set according to the remoteness of the property to the city of Varna, as well as of its type – apartment, detached house, residential building, etc.:

• Weekly visits to the property to check its overall state, electric appliances, etc.;
• Small repairs, when it needs;
• Payment of monthly bills for consumption of electricity, water; telephone and internet acounts; cable TV; annual municipal and state taxes, related to owning of property, etc. on behalf of the owner;
• Full internal cleaning – twice a year;
• Providing of contact person to act on behalf of the owner in case of emergency – the Police Enforcement, Fire Department, etc.
• Preparation of the property to be inhabited after a certain period of absence of the owners, which includes:

            - internal cleaning;
            - ventilation;
            - heating (during the winter season);
            - cooling (during the summer season)
            - setting up the living area with towels, household linen, etc.;

• Preparation of the property for absence of the owners;
• Organising of the security;
• Lawn care;
• Pest control;
• Snow plowing;
• Sweeping of adjoined external area;
• Chimney sweeping;
• Pool maintenance;
• Legal services;
• Accountancy

Additional services while owners and/or their guests are present:

• Cleaning and desinfecting of bathrooms and toilets, wiping of dust, vacuum cleaning of floors, washing of windows;
• Changing of towels, household linen, etc.;
  
• Laundering and ironing;
  
• Washing of kitchen utensil and cutlery;
  
• Cleaning of kitchen electric appliances;
  
• Setting bedrooms, dining room, living room, kitchen, etc. in order;
  
• Welcoming of the owners and their guests at Varna or Burgas International Airports and transfer to the property;
